Mr Ow handles the operation well. Informed him of 2 rear tires and wiper worn out. Was scheduled an appointment immediately on next day. Occasionally, he will text and ask if everything is ok.. Lives up to the name “friends”
Most importantly is that when i returned the car, he just casually checked,unlike some company who would look for opportunity to forfeit the deposit money. Asked more about the condition of car and anything to take note so he will touch up before next person rents the car.
Deposit was returned within 6 days which is a reasonable time frame. No complaints from me about this company.
